Thur- FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL /  7:00 am Power Training —Homeroom —1st and 2nd per XC Recovery run / Strides in Spikes / and Ice Bath

Fri- 7:00am  1. Group not running at the meet will do time trial or 2.  Huffman Relay Meet

Sat:  Long Run  6:00am (Easy)

Sun:  Swim 15-20 min Swin or Stationary Bike (20min)
